Emergency intervention

We intervene in emergencies in the context of tensions and conflict situations within and between teams generating significant effects in terms of Psycho-Social Risks (PSR), performance or impact on strategic projects.

The interventions are tailored with the constitution of a Task Force (crisis management, negotiators, psychological support, etc.), depending on the severity and impact of the situation.

Method :

1. Analyze the risks and stop the process

Assess the situation and analyze the risks.

2. Implement an emergency plan

Design and implementation of an emergency plan (crisis cell, communication, etc.)

3. Stabilizing the situation

Communication action, group focus, individual interviews, team support, etc…

4. Preparing for the next action

IIdentify and implement the next key action to return stability.

In conclusion

Emergency interventions make it possible to quickly assess and implement countermeasures in order to halt the conflict process and promote a return to a more stable situation that allows the problems to be dealt with on the merits.
